Capstone Professional Cleaning Contracts Ltd is a specialist window cleaning company based in Kettering, Northamptonshire, providing commercial window cleaning throughout the Midlands. The Managing Director is dedicated to providing all clients with services which conform in all respects to their expectations and the company operates a management system which meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. This Policy, together with all other components of the Company Quality System are mandatory and will be adhered to by staff, in whatever capacity, on behalf of Capstone Ltd. No deviation from prescribed procedures should take place without authorisation of a Director. The Managing Director accepts responsibility for communicating to all staff involved within Capstone Ltd, commitment to quality and for ensuring that the Quality Policy is understood, implemented and maintained. The Director has formally made this commitment towards the achievement of Quality Objectives. Quality objectives will be reviewed and analysed within the monthly management review meeting. Given the progressive nature of Quality Assurance, management undertakes to adopt any relevant improvements and developments which will serve to keep the Company at the forefront in all quality matters.

Environmental Assurance Statement
Capstone Professional Cleaning Contracts Ltd is fully committed to a Management System which will ensure that our products and window cleaning services meet the high standards demanded by our customers. We are committed to sound environmental practice and to plan and update its practices in response to advances in technology and new understanding in environmental science. The Company is committed to continual improvement on environmental issues where economically feasible. We will minimise the production of waste where possible and any disposal of waste produced will be carried out with due care for the environment. We will try to minimise the use of new products where other recycled materials are a suitable substitute. Where waste materials or products can be recycled we will make every effort to ensure that they are recycled in an environmental responsible way in order to conserve resources. We will compile and keep publicly available this Company Environmental Policy. We will ensure that our operations comply with current legislation and other relevant requirements. We will endeavour to control the activities of the company to minimise any risks of pollution to the environment. We will be a responsible employer conscious of our duties and commitment to our statement of intent. We will ensure that all employees carry out their duties in line with the above statement and, through training, are aware of their obligations.

Health and Safety Statement

Capstone Professional Cleaning Contracts Ltd is at the forefront of Health and Safety in our industry and this is shown by our commitment to health and safety accreditation and training. Each member goes through a comprehensive induction procedure backed up with IOSH certified training with procedures monitored on a daily basis where risks are changing minute by minute.

Before and works are carried out on any of our clients' sites a full health and safety pack is put in place that includes site-specific Risk Assessments (RA), Method Statements (MS), Training Certificates, Equipment Inspections Records, Insurances and COSHH. During the implementation stage of a contract, the Health and Safety team will carry out site audits and toolbox talks to ensure that all the information has been communicated and all members of staff are fully aware sites health and safety requirements.
